2017 BC U18 Champs!

​We are excited to announce that Tyler N Tardi, Sterling Middleton, Derek Chandler and Scott Gray are the 2017 BC U18 Curling Champions and will be representing BC at the 2017 Canadian U18 Curling Championship in Moncton, NB! Congrats!!! A huge thank-you to Bob Coulombe for helping out with coaching the team this weekend!
​Tyler, Sterling, Derek and Scott would like to thank the Nanaimo Curling Club for hosting the BC U18 Curling Championship. It was such a great facility with amazing volunteers. Your hospitality was outstanding! Thank-you to all of the Curl BC officials who volunteered their time and a huge thank-you to the icemakers who gave the athletes great ice. A special shout out to Al Kersey and the Optimists who have supported youth curling not just in BC but across Canada for years. It was due to their hard work and for hosting the Optimist International U18 in the past that led to this new Canadian U18 championship. Thank-you Curl BC for your continued support and finally a huge thank-you to our parents for all of your support and for promising to cheer hard for us in Moncton! Congrats as well to Team Drexel - Heather, Everly, Bailey and Madeline!
